Yeah, its more painful than I expected.. assuming its because it got infected. But its getting better.. WFH this week so just taking it easy and hope to be back to 90% normal by the weekend. No heavy lifting for a couple more weeks though.

Infected in a hospital? Sadly thats becoming a serious issue these days. I just read they are linking hospital infections to the water drain system. Like no one knew germs were in the traps of the sinks?.... morons. I guess they thought once it was down the drain everything's clean and gone lol

Ive been putting off that surgery for years. I got one at work and never reported it like i should have. Half my belly button is fubar now and it's been 3 years since it happened.

Well I'm not sure.. maybe? It wasn't the incision are that was infected.. it was like my whole abdomen area. It was just bright red and felt hot.. it wasn't like MRSA or anything.. but it was just adding to the discomfort I was already having. The antibiotics have been working great though.

Thats exactly what mine was, Fubar'd belly button. I finally went in because I felt the area was getting bigger and I didn't want to split it open to the point the surgery would have been a real bitch. In hindsight I should have gotten it fixed 3 years ago when I first noticed it.

Over the weekend I was on painkillers and awake at 3AM.. I bought 2 knives and a camp axe. lol They arrive today... one of the knives I really like, the other one is 'different' and I have had my eye on the axe for a while... so I sorta see where my narcotic induced brain got the idea to buy at least two of the items. :)
You want to buy a beach side vacation home? ;)

I stay out of hospitals and doctors offices - Nothing but sick people there.

Sean, I suggest you refrain from mixing the narcotics consumption and the internet during early morning hours...

Oh great. I can't wait for that surgery. Had way too many drs and dentists visits this past year. Getting old sucks. Tomorrow I go in for 5 crowns and my mouth will be 99% completed - just need one last fake tooth put in. Waiting for bone graph to heal now.

My chest is locked up and I passed out on my couch at 7pm last night then slept right through to this morning. I guess I shook to many hands at our show and didn't wash them enough. I almost made it through winter without a bad cold...almost. Maybe Ill stop smoking finially....

Also, you may wonder why the purple tag on the small knife. Well the designer of the knife didn't live to see it in production, he died of pancreatic cancer. So thus the purple is for that. BTW 100% of profits from the knife go to Panceatic Cancer Action Network. So even though it came with a black one to swap it out, its staying purple.
