The NRA used to be hard set against giving up rights. Now they seem to come to the table knowing what they are going to give up to save face and save money. They could be doing more/better in liberal states with magazine limits but instead they push for memberships with that fear in other states.

As for bump stocks- there is no reason for them to be outlawed other than fear and ignorance. The NRA is doing nothing to combat this.
Bull. The NRA gave us the National Firearms Act of 1934, 1986 and the Gun Control Act of 1968. They have always been spineless. The NRA has one purpose, mine as much money as possible out of gun owners

Read through the Vortex manual a couple of times and absorb what they are telling you. Also zero at 100 yards (unless the manual specifies otherwise. Usually applies to scopes with a bullet drop reticle or you have a red dot).
Bring a note pad out with you and shoot your rifle at different ranges (150, 200, 250, etc...yards) with the bullet your barrel likes the best. Write your holds down and keep it with the rifle. I promise you, you won't remember the holds in thee months so having it written down is vital.

Also what caliber is your AR? 6.5 Grendel?
We always kept our drop dope printed up real small and taped inside the flip cap. Never lost it and always easy to find when the chips were down.
Vortex PST Gen II 5x25x50. Also got a Vortex Razor LH and that thing is super lightweight. It'll be going on a Browning X-Bolt 6.5 Creedmoor

Vortex makes special inserts now for your flip up caps for your dope. You input the numbers with your order, they print it onto their card and ship it out to you. I'll get a pic of mine tomorrow hopefully

Jelly of that scope. Vortex makes the best scopes for the money imo. I've got em on 3 of rifles. All different variations of the viper line

Dang it. Link? Would rather update the post with the debunk info.

‘Questionable Credibility’: There’s A Major Problem With All Those Wild SAS Sniper Stories Everyone Loves

Also the amount of people he killed in the cave doesn't add up to how many the article stated in the first place. Was there seven guys in the cave or four? Also where was this guys NVG's? You know the SAS has some sweet night optics.

Was just a C hair short on installing an 8" handguard on a 8.5" barrel. My buddy need just a bit more clearance for the suppressor to fit. So I ordered a 7.25" hand guard for him on this build and he'll use this 8" on a 9" 22LR AR upper build.

Picked up another V seven upper receiver. I like these way too much. Wasn't planning on buying another one until I got my first one lol I got a light weight dust cover and rod as well.

Also got a new lightweight forward assist as well for my DPMS upper. Figured why not?

Got a chance to shoot my holy grail gun- Suppressed MP5 with iron sights. It was every bit as good as everyone said it is. Extremely controllable and accurate. The gun belonged to Joe (formerly of Red Jacket Firearms). He's a great guy whose extremely down to earth, friendly and passionate about guns.
This is his Full Auto .22 Bullpup.

We also rented a Full Auto F1 Firearms SBR but the gas tube had blown up so they let us swap it out for a Full Auto SCAR in .223. That gun was extremely controllable as well but you can't see anything due to the fireball coming out of the muzzle. lol Also, I'll never own a SCAR. Way too heavy, kinda clunky and awkward. I don't get why people love that gun so much. I'll take an AR platform any day of the week.

The MP5 suppressed is a great platform. It is hard to say that any of the HK subgun or rifles are crap though.
