I got my wife some gear for her Ruger LCP for her birthday. A Lazer Max red dot, Hogue grip and Pearce grip extension. I was worried that the Lazer Max might be a little cheesy ($80 on Amazon) but it fits perfect and for an everyday carry girl gun with practically no sights it's actually pretty cool.

My chief complaint about the LCP is that there's nothing to hold onto. I bet the Hogue grip helps a ton.

Got my 300BLK sighted in yesterday. I really like this gun. Found bulk ammo for it for a somewhat reasonable price from Ozark Ordinance. All the ammo cycled well with no problems.
