Updated first post. Those .KML files we have don't match the Google Map image and the Google Map is the route we planned. Unless someone can see how and explain.

I think there are 2 routes but they are similar. It's food to have a general idea but the best trails we did were the roads we had no idea about and checked it out.

I went ahead and made me a reservation for Wednesday night at Martin Creek Lake SP. Assuming I'm going, I'd be leaving Wednesday afternoon. That'll put me in good position to take my time getting to Long Pool RA on Thursday.

Yea. I've been to another park with that warning and never saw the ants. Not sure how bad they actually are.

Anybody looked at the route over one of the Forest Service maps yet? Ive found that the Delorme topo map book is missing lots for forest service roads.
