I'm game for whatever. I hope the time between breakfast and lunch is more than 1:45....so even if we did stay at Long Pool, I would think that we'd be up and on the road by 8. That would put is starting around 10am. 2-4 hours of trails before breaking for lunch.

Since I haven't done the trail before, I don't know where the good spots are to stop for lunch/camping whatever. I'm along for the drive and good to do whatever makes the most sense and allows us to enjoy the area that we are in. I hope we have some time to hike/fish/shoot/whatever. I think there are some cave waterfalls in the area around Dover. I think I remember hearing that if we push through the trails too fast, we'll be done before we know it.

x2 I am going where the main group goes. I have no problem with Long Pool and do not want to extend my drive anymore than necessary Thursday night. The 1:45 drive the next morning is a good enough reason for everyone to get up and get going. And why are we stopping for lunch for a couple of hours? Either way the rule of traveling with a group is stay with the group.

Again, just along for the ride/drive, but some things that look cool that aren't too far out of our way (at least I don't think)

I plan to swim at falling water. There is a rope swing and boards on a tree to climb up to the top after you jump in.
80s and humid is good enough to cool off.

Trailer is packed... still need to find a place for the gallons (6.5 gallons to be exact) of drinking water the wife wants to bring.. I think its a bit overkill. Looks like bed of truck it will be. Box is FULL. I still need to organize tools and get that box ready to go. Tomorrow's project.
