Shackle Flip kit
Zone Offroad 1" Jeep XJ Lift Shackles 1984-2001 (6" shackle eye to eye - way to long for most)

ATO5005 2005 - 2013 Tacoma Universal Shackle Flip Kit

Washer is on the top left bushing. If I could find thinner ones I'd put one on each side. Right now the right bushing without a washer is exposed at the bottom by 1/2". It hits the side of the flip bracket when you're off camber and the axle shifts (starts chewing them up).

No shocks looks like mine if you search the part number ~ I painted them black because FOX anti corrosion coatings are absolute garbage. Good functioning product overall just always crap clear coats and steel fittings. When I was roughing them up for paint, a few swipes with 800 grit and I was through the 1 mil of clear coat they put on them. Good news is the resi's are now black anodized aluminum unlike their older steel resi's.

You say the Al is good news but wear on the inside sucks. Dont ask me why - lol - If you are relatively easy on them, it won't affect you.

You talking about all good on the bushing rub?

My main concern is taking a hard hit and my homemade modified bump stops don't do their job and shear off. Would be much better with some real hydro bump stops that I could dial in perfectly.

and the motor?

Same place. New excuse is "I'm waiting for Ant to get his garage done so I can move in for a month".

No. I was talking about some aluminum shock and res bodies I saw recently that made me like the idea of steel bodies. I know it would be too expensive but steel sleeves would be nice. :)

Now I get it.

I used to think my King shocks were aluminum because they never rusted out, but they are in fact steel. King just seems to go above and beyond with their anti corrosion coatings. Their resi's are also aluminum.

For what my truck does any suspension is overkill lol
