Yeah, I don't blame you. I looked at that option as well.
I made good use of having the day off yesterday. The crash bars on the bike got a good work out. I crashed it once; the other 3 times were a loss of momentum and then partial flop. Overall it was a good day working on skills that I have not used in a long time.

Good looking knife. Lately I've been daily carrying a cheapo HF Icon folder... For $40 its a nice piece, ceramic bearings, D2 steel and G10 handles... not a bad deal. I was just fucking up knifes that cost too much or I was afraid to fuck up the knife.

Good looking knife. Lately I've been daily carrying a cheapo HF Icon folder... For $40 its a nice piece, ceramic bearings, D2 steel and G10 handles... not a bad deal. I was just fucking up knifes that cost too much or I was afraid to fuck up the knife.

It is funny how a nice or expensive knife has no chance lasting with me due to damage or getting lost. A cheap knife will never disappear and never break.

Yep, all Ive been carrying for years is the free knife my shop supply vender gives me every year for x mas. If the one from the year before is still decent I just toss the new one in my desk drawer. Can't remember the last time I spent $ on a pocket knife
I just ordered a cheap compact front opening spring loaded knife to see if I like the spring loaded idea.

My buddy has one of those $400 Microtech OTF knives... I'm just not a fan of the blade design.
I carried a Gerber spring assisted knife for about six years before it got stolen on a jobsite. That design was fine and safe to carry. I have messed with other assisted opening knifes and there's no way I would carry them in my pocket due not trusting the construction or design of the knife. Some of them are super sensitive and release really easy.

Wow this week seems to be flying by. It is already Thursday and I am still trying to catch up to Tuesday stuff and prepare for work travel next week again.
