Starting the testing and screening process to be a living kidney donor. The list of stuff I have to do is so long. Scared of what all they're going to find that I don't know about.

Round two of testing starts in two weeks. This is the last round before it starts getting invasive.

Just finished up 8lbs of pulled pork for my wife's birthday tonight and just put two blocks of cream cheese on the smoker with Meat Church Honey Bacon BBQ seasoning. One will get topped with Big Wicks Jalapeno Glaze. Best pork butt I've done yet. 10 hours from hitting the grate to shredding it.

Turned out awesome. The Honey Bacon rub and Big Wicks is a really nice pair.

Tried to take advantage of the 20% off 4th of July parts sale at Toyota and load up on a few oil filters for the trucks but the website seems to have crashed and now every part is "unavailable for purchase at this time" and filtering by vehicle yields zero results. Frustrating! Guess this is what I get for waiting until the last minute to place my order.

5am meetings come early when out hunting the night before. Sadly the pigs did not show up to the feeder as expected last night.

Busy weekend of trails north of Broken Bow. The East K Trail is a mofo now.

Home with no broken bones / major injuries, no machine failures, and no repairs needed. The skid plates took a full on beating and I have to bend the gear selector back into a more proper shape for the 3rd time for the trip. Overall successful.

No spike traps found this trip but a few of the mud holes had very "odd" deep spots in them that immediately made me remember those stories.
