Tapped my Live Oak Hefe clone tonight. I'm happy with it and am pretty sure it will not last long when the Texas heat returns.

I love Live Oak Hefe! Probably my fav Hefe.

Had a mint IPA from No Label yesterday. Not as bad as it sounds. Also, I picked up some apple pie moonshine while in Colorado. Turns out they sell it at Specs for $5 cheaper, but it's still pretty good.

I had 5-6 of these last weekend in between my Miller Lites and while I usually do not like fruity beers this one hit the spot in the sun on a 95* day

Distilling the mash kills all the yeast and halts fermentation, so whatever the alcohol content is when it goes into the bottle is what you get.

Went to the Bearded Lady for a few beers. Had a Revolver Bach and that was tasty. Tried a sample of the No Label mint IPA. Then finished off with one of these. This brewery makes some great stuff.

Tried some Red's Apple Ale tonight... Don't do it. It was like a Smirnoff ice or something. It was too sweet to even make a snakebite out of.
