Stone's Crime - all of those little flakes are pepper pieces. So if you like hot food you should find one of the Crime series beers and give it a shot. They are a limited production run though. IMO these beers should be rated in BTU not ABV.

Drinking my APA that won 3rd place in the Cap and Hare monthly Masterbrewer competition. Out of 13 beers it was ranked 3rd for being most correct and right for it's style. This club has some very serious brewers in it that compete in many state level events with good results.
