I had a year old Legion last night. It was pretty good. I am a fan of the barrel aged legion but the standard Legion ages nicely.

Never had a barrel aged Scottish ale but I have one stashed away from an east coast brewery called Monday Night Brewing. Think the beer is called Drafty Kilt.

I started to do that and my stash got smaller than I wanted it to. So I stocked back up on stuff. Now I will need to find another place to keep beer because I plan to bring a lot back from Austin next week and a work trip up north after that.

The only place I have seen the one from Community is at the brewery. It was really the best bourbon barrel aged beer I have ever had. If I were to have tried it blindfolded I would almost said it was bourbon.

Here is what I have. Love a nice whiskey or bourbon when its colder outside so I may have to save it till after our heat is done.

Never seen that. You will have to let us know how it is. I'm always up for a good whiskey, it doesn't matter the weather or time of day. I have had so many different ones sometimes it's hard to remember what have and haven't had. But that could just be from the whiskey.

I dated a chick one time that drank Mosaic like water. Seriously, she could and would chug it. I got so sick off of it one time with her that I can't drink it anymore. I really liked it too. Up until that day.

Mosaic is close to 8% and they serve it at American Airlines center.

Going to take a minute to brag for a friend of mine - and that I got to taste this beer before it was judged at the HomeBrew National competition. If you have not had a good Eisbock you should find one and try it out. They are great dark beers and Schooly's beer was amazing. /brag over and now I need to get brewing again

I have only had 1 Eisbock and I want to say it was from Krombacher. Good beer.

If and that is a huge IF I can get a 12 oz beer from Schooly I will bring it over. It is amazing. When I judged it we gave it a +40 score out of 45.
