The neighborhood Fall social was this evening, the brisket was slow temp cooked and smoked over hickory since last night, holycrap that was some good brisket!!

It was a really good beer; but was the 3rd bomber we opened. My sammich maker was drinking some but the majority of it was between me and the other guy there. This is fine except I still had an hour drive home and started getting that warm feeling. So after the BBH I had a Powerade before driving home.

Thanks. Some cheap end table from Ashley. Wish I had known it wasn't real wood when I ordered it. Oh well, it looks good and it's really heavy and sturdy. Would have preferred real wood though.

That’s one of my favorite everyday bourbons. They had one of the best distillery tours on the bourbon trail. That reminds me I need to visit my wife’s aunt in Bradstown.

Buffalo Trace also makes a bourbon cream that’s similar baileys only better. We get it when we go camping. It’s great when you add hot chocolate and a square of hershey dark chocolate to it.

Sounds like a few ingredients that should come to BBRSP this winter. I do not drink coffee so in the winter I drink hot chocolate to warm up. Occassionally kahlua from my in-law's side of the family is in there too.

I haven't had it kahlua but sounds good.

I wish I could head out to BBRSP this winter but I think I'm not allowed to leave on extended trips for a year or so.
