oh, right.
So I can pick up the bumper from you then? I actually have reason to drive to the SA area even though I no longer live in the state. I'll bring you some GA beer.

you don’t want that trasharoo, it’s sun bleached to hell lol. The bumper is still good just needs a good blasting and recoat

If that guy doesn't pick up that truck this weekend and you eventually get ownership of it...I'll take the rear bumper and trasharoo :)

I think I’m going to start an auction to the highest bidder lol

BS, I already know someone who is going to make the whole truck disappear, he doesn’t want parts left, all or nothing.

finished plumbing the other air drop for my press. Tapped off the main outlet and ran a valve for access to full 175 psi pressure as well as an extra tap downstream of the regulator which is set to 120 psi. Rest of the shop air is set to 90 psi for the pneumatic tools.

In normally hate those slinky style air hoses but I had this one laying around and it’ll be perfect for when I eventually add castors to the press to be able to move away from the wall if I’m pressing something longer. Did an air drop test and no loss of pressure for around 5 hours. I’ll check again in the AM to verify my soldering skills are still up to par

Pressure dropped 5 psi over 12 hours. I’ll call that good. While I was at lowes today I saw some 2” casters, so I’ll give them a go for $5 a pop, probably better than harbor freight ones. Says they’ll hold 80 lbs a piece.

I have the older orange version of that press and mine does not have the little 45 degree supports.. fucker needs them. I also want to swap out the manual 20 ton jack with the air-over-hydro version. Nice.

i had the older style before, it wasn’t orange but it had welded top beam vs bolted. I destroyed it bending some 3/16” plate last year. Got this version to replace it and it’s a much better design than the old 20 ton. The legs have gussets and the beams are true I beams vs stamped steel. I guess the engineer designing the old one had the limiting factor as the press body vs. the jack relief valve.

You can see the new design of the top beam here vs the old welded style

I would sell that old one if you can and get the new style. Amazing what the old ones still go for used online, people ask almost what they cost new lol

Nothing crazy, but finally got my cutting wheels off my work bench and put them in this corner which is otherwise pretty much useless.

I need to dig my press out and clean it up and get some pics and put it up for sale. Thinking about selling a few things, I have two Strong Hand folding welding tables I don't use... might have used them once. Also thinking about selling those HUGE 10 ton tall jackstands. I don't need jackstands that can go to 47" tall.

Since Wink decided to start requiring a subscription, we lost our auto-on/off function for the exterior lights. Most of the houses on our block still have the original builder lights on the outside, but the neighbors on either side of us have upgraded. Being at the top of the hill and between two houses that seem to be competing for "who can spend the most money" I figured we could spend a little and get some nicer lights with a photosensor. No subscription service needed.

My house is the only one on the court thats dark 24/7/365. Only time I have my exterior lights on is when someone is stopping buy or waiting for the pizza guy. Also why my electric bill is usually a quarter of what the houses around me spend monthly with their landscape and flood lights that are always on blinding everyone in the neighborhood. If it were up to me the first pollution I'd go after is light pollution ~ Man it pisses me off.

My mom stopped by yesterday and told me she was bringing a surprise. Turned out to be a SUV full of bushs and trees plants she propagated. This is after I told her last week I wanted none of them and needed no additional work and that my table was already full and I had plans/schedule to stick to.

So I spent the the day planting 60% of them with a smile on my face, thanking her, and now need to figure out where to put the rest today lol

I love thats she's always giving.... not so much that she ignores anything I say and does what she wants anyway. She's earned that right at this point in life so I just suck it up and am thankful she started bringing plants over instead of furniture like she used to

(wasn't going to plant this bed until the fence was replaced and rocks sifted, but it is what it is)

I think you need to go drive the Tacoma this weekend. You know...to make sure it still starts.

...Even if that is just to a mall parking lot to take a poser pic on a curb.

I drove it last week.

You just need a little imported chic doing dishes there. :)

I need to replace my coach lights as well. They were builder-grade bullshit... after 7 years they are looking very patina'd. Plus I want some larger ones, front of my house is pretty large and the coach lights I have are small and get lost in it.
