It's all good. Prob 2 bad days colliding.
I had to stop fence install yesterday cause my neihbors decided to clean out their pos shed 5' from me at the same time im in in their yard cleaning their side of my fence. Before I lost it on them, i stopped and chose another task.
Hopefully today they stay indoors so I can work w/o wanting to explode
Just left a vm with trash collection now that I've got a pile of nail riddled rotten fence to see what my options are. Prob burn it all but if they will take it I'd rather that. Don't want nails all over my yard from cutting, moving, burning.

I'm assuming they won't pick them up. In my experience, municipalities won't pick up construction material or old fence due to the "danger" that it puts the person(s) picking it up. They don't want to puncture the skin of the garbage collectors.
I think I saw you got rid of the chiminea a few pages back. Any plans for a fire pit? You could do a nice stone fire pit and make it 4" in diameter. Cut up the fence pieces into small enough chunks and burn them in that, but that would take forever. The benefit would be the nails being contained to a specific area and you could scoop them out along with the ashes and not have them in your yard.
Best option is to probably rent or borrow a trailer and haul them to the dump.

They will take all wood so long as it's less than 4' long, in bundles no more than 50#, no nails/screws. I've been trashing rotten 4x4's for months. Only had an issue one time and it was the last day of service before changing trash co's so they saw my pile and said fu then left it for the new co.
New co is pretty good. Only thing they didn't take this week was a 80# post with the concrete still on it and I had a feeling they wouldn't but I tried anyway
Call is to see if there is any wiggle room. I've been real cool with this guy so hopefully we can come to terms. Same guy I talk to for trees and electronics.
Trying to avoid dumpsters or dump runs if I can. Worse case I get my buddy w a dump trailer and we take it to the pay to play dump. I need drywall so going to need to bother him sooner than later.
Still infuriates me....just keep telling myself I'm almost done and free of the white trash neihbors. Wide open jugs of used motor oil getting rained on, so many rotted out paint cans I lost count, 2 full gas tanks out if SUV's filled and venting off.
Should of just thrown a match over the fence line and let it all burn. Not sure if they know it but mr nice guys no longer. Fuck them
