I'll be giving all my stuff away or selling it for cheap. Freedom!!!

Happiness through collecting material items that sit around and collect dust is something I'm no longer "falling for". Last dipshit purchase was over a year ago....now I got huge ass coolers I've used once

Outdoor fridge took a shit. Replaced it today. I'll say, I like the looks of the old one much better. Plus the old one had glass shelves and this has wire shelves, wire seems cheap! I need to mess with the feet levelers.

I filled up a 20 yard dumpster yesterday by myself. Got 95% of the downstairs demoed out and about 90% of the upstairs demoed out as well.

I packed the dumpster with the insulation at the bottom and loaded sheetrock on top. Thankfully, overnight the sheetrock compacted the insulation down giving me enough room to load all of the sheetrock ceiling upstairs. So now the house is just about gutted to where I want it.

My nephew helped me today and we just went up in the attic and stomped the sheetrock down. Worked great! Had about 80% of the ceiling down in 20 mins. Then it took 5 hours to clean everything up

My new neihbors cleaned their entire property of the scrub trees on the property line yesterday (just got a good look). Including the one I posted pics of bitching about . I have high hope's for them.

I wasn't sure about telling them about the meth house we share borders with but once I heard they had a 9mo baby girl I let the father know. Left mom out of that convo

Sounds like you lucked out on these neighbors. Maybe they will help bring up the neighborhood some. I am hoping the house next to me gets as lucky. It was not as big a problem as your situation but the owner did no maintenance and let her dog run loose over the neighborhood.

Share property lines with 6 houses (dang irregular court). 2 aren't scumbags that let their yards go and 1 of them is the new fam so I very much appreciate their efforts.

This is what I found piled against my fence when I started fence demo today. I just about threw the cinderblocks into one of the 5 pos broke down eclipses. I've been asking him to clean it up for months. Arghhh......

Good news is I made some progress today. Running the fence as high as possible while still keeping all the rabbits out with old 4x4's or rocks. Not putting it close to the ground so morons leaves don't rot it out as fast again

Already liking the added privacy from the height being up farther. Back yards my high point so taller back there blocks my deck better from the rear neihbors. Especially the one w a rear above ground pool and deck they put in last summer. Sob's basically look down at me. Or used to
