Any recent experiences with LG appliances? Sammich maker and I are looking at replacing this heaping pile of shit Samsung. I can get it out the door around $1850 after military discount.

I believe my fridge is LG, let me check when I get home from work. I’ve had it for about 8 years and no issues.

My mother bought an LG set, fridge, stove & microwave back in 2016. She's had nothing but problems with all three. Fridge has already been replaced with a Whirlpool, stove is falling apart and the microwave doesn't heat right.

Yeah, I am skeptical of LG but this model seems to be doing well. LG is even giving a 2 year warranty with it.

We bought a simple Frigidaire fridge with no ice maker. Our first Frigidaire fridge we bought 24 years ago is still going strong, except ice maker does not work.

Been running LG washer and dyer units for about 15 years. The last set was still working, and we donated them to a family in need, I think those units are still being used. We just needed larger capacity.

Samsung makes great phones and TV's, Not appliances.

For $2k I can buy 3 of these Frigidaire fridges. I'll never buy a $2k fridge again, unless I become really wealthy, lol

We agreed to wanting the individual adjustable drawer for meats. When I smoke meats it causes some space issues for the prep and then storage after.

That's what I use the old fridge for, beer, butchered animals, meat storage/prep, and gallon jugs to freeze for ice. I will brine a pork butt overnight in the drawers itself.

I do not want an extra fridge in the house or garage. I am trying to cut down on the "extras" that are not adding enough value to offset cost and footprint.

Yeah, I understand, we don't have room for it at our house, and no garage.
It's being used at the Redneck trailer trash house. I will probably need a little processing shed once I get round tuit and demolish that trailer.

@Anathollo

Know anything about these type of ceiling tiles?
Appear to be cork, but its not, on oneside and some sort of pressed product on the other side.
Asbestos is my concern. I would like to burn them if possible. The use of old pink fiberglass installation lets me know that the tiles were probably made in 90's. This is in the Old gun shop I think it was built in 1998 or 99.

Burn it and just be far enough away you don't inhale the smoke. lol

Except asbestos really never goes away. I will have to shred/mow and work around the area or cows eat near the site. I already have a semi environmental mess already, not looking to create a new one.

I'd prefer to burn as much as I can, roll off dumpsters are not cheap, and they don't except haz waste anyways, even to include tires.

It's not asbestos if the shop was built in the late 90's. It's just old keystone tile (which I hate with a passion, I've gotten rid of that tiling system in all of my buildings). Feel free to burn but like @Silverback said, don't breathe in the smoke lol

I had mixed Stabil into the gas that was in it... but Stabil is only good for 2 years IIRC. Either way, not using ethanol shit for it.

Electric is nice, but limited power. This thing (when working) is like 3.2GPM and 3500 PSI. It will peal paint. LOL

My new carb is out for delivery and I have 1/2 gallon of TruFuel for it. Also picked up some SimpleGreen concrete cleaner to pressure wash the driveway and sidewalk.
