He's paying 8k in taxes now for a house that just sold at 157k. I can't imagine what his new house will cost...$$$$$$$$$$$$

Fuck that! I thought property taxes in Texas were high (we don't have state income tax so they make up for it in property tax) but that is way higher than I pay. My property tax is right at 2.9% annually.

Paid fed over 8k in income taxes and NJ over 2k so far. No idea what OASDI is but I paid them over 2,500 this year. All of that's as of tomorrow (just got pay stub today). 2k a year in car insurance for Taco/Subie. And all that is while being surrounded by upidy NJ libtard douchebags. Meh....must GTFO of here. End of year same vultures take 48% of my bonus....

My update on my new DeWalt combo set.

I used them a lot last week. In my opinion, I like my old set better because it has better throttle control. The new set is so powerful that it drives screws in way too fast or torques itself out of your hand. It's like having a 700hp motor in a daily driver car. It's awesome to say you have that much horse power but on a day-to-day basis, you don't need it and it's hard to control.

They are crazy lightweight and have great ergonomics!

That's the biggest drawback to the IR one I have - heavy.

I have a place that is worth about $500,000 and the taxes are about $3k a year. That's one good thing about Morning Glory. They can't raise taxes by more than 2% per year.

Good thing my dog is well behaved. Looks like last nights storm blew down a section of the fence and I didn't notice it until about 30 minutes ago. Dog has been out several times today and never went on an adventure. LOL I used some of those 3/8'x5" SPAX socket head wood screws from Home Depot. Fucking panel is not coming down again.

Well I ran into an issue with the fans. Seems that since I have them in series they are picking up some interference with each other. They won't turn in the same direction. One wants to push air down while the other pulls up. I think I need to run them each from a separate power source. (i.e. light in the garage.) Right now I have the one above the metal table blowing down and its nice! Lots of air moving. Which is perfect for 90% of the time spent out there. Seems they are a DC motor... something with converting the AC to DC I'm guessing. LED lights work fine though.

Hmm that's odd. Is there a switch on em to reverse the way the blades spin? I know on mine, you can reverse the blade spin by switching a button up or down.

A switch was my first thought too. Sounds like the directional switch is going the wrong way. At least I hope it is that easy.

When I very first turned them on they both were spinning in the same direction... winter mode which doesn't blow any air down. So I stopped them and hit the reverse switch and then restarted them. One would work and the other would sorta try to go and then back up.. try and stop. Its odd. I was going to head to Lowes today and ask them. Anyhow.. now they will only turn in opposite directions. Weirdest thing. Fucked with it for over an hour. Trying to hid the remote output to one fan by blocking it and shit.

Easy, if one or both remote operates both fans....

Unwire one, use remote and reverse direction on the other, then rewire and the fans should be sync'd

Oh. do they all respond to the same remote? I had that issue with my mom's living room fans. They are fancy ones like yours and they both respond to the same remote and it's a PIA because they get out of sync all the time due to the button design (if you hit the HI, MED, LO button twice, it turns it off). Same thing with the lights on em.
