One door done. Got 2/3 coats of a100 after prep (dent coverup), new hardware, and door bottom gasket. Hinge screw holes got the toothpick/ superglue treatment. This door was my first purchase back when I bought the house and shes better than new

For now. I had 1-1/2 gallons of white left over from the siding and both doors needed rehab and paint badly.
The door I hung yesterday on my deck matches my white pella slider on the same deck so that's the final color on that for sure.
Glass back door I'm moving to the front will be easy to color change if it's to bland once I get the front siding done. I've got a glass patio door in front so I can just open the door to the inside and change it at anytime regardless of weather.
Plan was grey foundation/white siding/black trim, soffits, gutters. That's changed significantly.
Top soffits, trim and gutters staying brown. Already changed foundation color to brown last week.
Laid out colors last week and my initial thoughts would of looked ok but not matched my deck and fence. Also would of cost me 2x more and taken 3x longer.
Hindsight being 20/20 I should of taken much more time coordinating colors prior to staining my fence. Never liked the color and now its dictating other choices I dont like

I picked about a 1/3rd of a Tacoma bed worth of bricks and CMU bricks from my neighbor who threw them out. Going to add them to my riprap bulkhead.
But for now, I'm going to leave them in my bed for a couple of weeks to help put some weight on my Dakar leaf packs (might help break them). It's been two years and my Dakars don't feel like they've settled yet.

Yeah I'm having the entire thing gutted. Extending my office and adding an exterior door/window and shitter. Revamping both restrooms. Rasing all ceiling heights to 10' and enclosing the break and parts rooms. Also adding a mechanic office.
