What is your plans for lighting the space? 4 4 bulb LED fixtures would work well. Double as a tanning salon.

More lighting is on the short list. Thinking 2 straps of 6 foot LED in the middle, and more lights above the work bench.

Helped farm neighbors today grade out their yard after a new concrete patio.

Forgot to take before pics.

There is a negative slope towards house and new concrete patio. I graded it about 1in below the concrete and left the side near the concrete with a slight bump of about 1in. to help the runoff flow in the direction that I heading in the MX.

As I grade, the ranch hand pulls excess material out so that the ground remains level during each pass with box blade. Also the L25 is used to pull excess material away from the slab by back dragging the bucket.

Its difficult to see elavation changes within pictures.

At the corner of the patio, the water either flows towards the pasture or flows down the driveway.
Just needs some sod/seed now.

This picture helps shows the grade/slope that I was working on. Est. 7% to 8%. I had to make about 5 changes to the box blade during this grading. I bet my neighbor appreciates an awesome and experienced operator cause he was going to use a dozer, lol

Well after almost 9 years the faucet on the back patio outdoor kitchen shit the bed. Appears to be leaking from the main body underneath... hard to tell. Luckily they still sell the same one so it will be here tomorrow. Then the fun part of installing a faucet.

Friday-Sunday- I got the master bathroom shiplap finished and the door installed. I got the baseboards in the master & master bath installed as well. I also got the garage door installed (it went surprisingly easy despite it weighing a freaking ton, it's the heaviest prehung door I've ever installed).

On Friday- the kitchen cabinets were delivered. It took 4 guys an hour to unload all of the cabinets and take them upstairs.

The painters worked Saturday & Sunday and got the nail holes filled, sanded and caulked all the baseboards upstairs. That M12 sander is an awesome tool and I'm so happy I got that tool. It saved a lot of time and ran for 4 hours straight.

Monday- cabinet installers came and started to unbox and lay out the cabinets. There's an issue with one cabinet being too big, so they are going to modify some other cabinets to make everything fit.
Guest bathroom cabinet-
The blue is just protective plastic.

I got the downstairs window trimmed out.

I started capping the bottom of the deck posts but this Monday was one of those days where you can't make a good cut so I called it a day after this one.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that it wasn't supposed to rain all weekend but it did so the painters couldn't finish painting outside. And then when it was supposed to rain today, it didn't....really frustrating!

I also replaced these door hinges with 316 Stainless ball bearing security hinges. It's crazy how fast they rust in the salt air when they're not made of 316 stainless.

I had to take off yesterday to meet the glass installer at my house. He got the shower door and glass pane in. I put blocking in when I framed up the walls for the shower door hinges to screw into, so hopefully I won't have any sagging issues in the future.

While the glass guy was installing the glass, I was installing the downstairs sink cabinet and top.

And the cabinet installers got the kitchen island base cabinets mounted and the farm sink cut in.

The painters will be onsite this weekend to start priming the baseboards and doors.
