Only got a trace of rain from that system that everyone else got rain from. But it did cool the air by 10* degrees, so that's a plus.
These last 2 Live Oak trees near the 40x80 carport have been a mofo, forgot to take a before picture, I've been cutting on them for awhile. I have a few more limbs left at ~30ft plus height to get.

Has anyone had a freezerless refrigerator before? I am shopping replacements and this is something my sammich maker and I have talked about before. Anything to watch out for? Like or disliked? We have a large standup freezer already.

She likes it because it's in the garage so it gets used for food storage for pool parties and drinks for the garage.Has anyone had a freezerless refrigerator before? I think as a secondary fridge it would be awesome. Not so sure I would want one in the kitchen.

We had the floors professionally cleaned (steam and water brushed) today at our new farm house. The tile floors will need a fresh coat of sealant after 24 to 30hrs.
We plan on doing a lot of painting as well, especially that pink bedroom. The boys bedrooms and guest bedroom are all equal in size and have large walk-in closets.

I keep getting fucked up/used packages from Amazon. If the package I got today is messed up, I'm done using Amazon for items. I'll keep Prime for Prime Video and some other features we use but I'm sick of having to send stuff back and wait for replacements.

It’s here. The box was in just as bad of shape as the one it was replacing but at least this one had a working time inside of it. So I’ll consider it a win. But still probably not ordering from Amazon again for a while.

Dang, that sucks, never received a used item yet. It's a 22min/17mile drive to the nearest Walmart, McCoy's or Southerlands in Beeville. If I don't need the item right away, it just makes it too easy to have it delivered, sometimes wally world is cheaper, but thats atleast 3 days to get.
