Thoughts and will I ever find it cheaper?

Probably not. Great buy with Military Discount.

I like the non-Fuel grinder more than the Fuel grinder.
I gave away my non-fuel M12 tools to my mom or friends because I didn't like how underpowered they were compared to the Fuel version. It's a night and day difference.

The grinder feel on the Fuel version is meh. The non-Fuel handles and works better IMO.

Pulled up a stump and root ball this morning with the mower and tow strap. Found out afterward that the root ball had developed around an underground coax cable. Did some investigating and it was my own coax and we don't use it so it got taped up and buried under the flowerbed we put there. I'll splice it back together if we ever end up needing it but we have fiber so coax is pretty much obsolete and 90% of it has already been ripped out of the house anyway. Always call 811 before you dig. Though technically I wasn't digging.

Anyway, got the "flowerbed" put in. In quotations because nothing will actually be grown here. It's right over the utility easement (see above) so we just laid down rubber mulch and will put some pavers down for my wife to put planters on once she gets the plants she wants. need to pick up two more bags to fill in some low spots along the fence but pretty happy with how it came out for a quick, cheap 3 hour job. Probably looks like shit to some but it's in the backyard and I couldn't give two shits about landscaping so as long as the wife is happy, it works for me. We'll do the other back corner next.

It's bigger and more symetrical than the picture makes it look. It's 11'4" on both sides and 16' across the front. I couldn't live with it if it was as off centered as the picture makes it look.

Get some large pots and put succulents in them. Minimal maintenance and it looks great.

Old/new roof coming off and all new materials and 24ga, 1inch standing seam roof will be going on again, lol.
Class 4 roof with 140nph wind rating.

The 32ft R panel sheets for the shop were delivered today as well.

It's amazing how much progress these guys can do in a day. I'll never have a shingle roof again. The portable building in the back will get stripped of shingles and get a roof like this on the house.

I had gutters installed on my house finally yesterday.

My neighbors sons helped me put X-bracing on my pier's walkway as well. So that's one major step done there to get my pier ready for Hurricane season.

Do you have one of those green lights off your dock?

Both of my neighbors have green lights. It seems to help a bit.

But I don't fish my pier at all. It's all trash fish here and you can't eat em anyways. They contain so many heavy metals from the chemical plants and the ships that everything is poisoned. Per TPWD, you can eat one fish filet the size of a deck of cards per month per adult and you can't eat any shellfish or bottom feeders.

My end goal is to get the pier and boathouse fixed up so I can buy a boat and take my girls tubing, exploring, & do other watersports with them when they get a bit older.

Spent a Saturday helping my neighbors put in a swim/fishing/jetski platform on some old existing piling's they had around their pier. If they get two years out of this platform, we'll call that a win. We spaced the boards further apart to let water pass through easier.

Got a leak around my Aunt's chimney patched. I'll have painters come fix the sheetrock damage in a couple of weeks. I also had the roofer put a new roof on her garage as well.

I also unclogged her AC drain line as well as it backed up and flooded part of her hallway. So don't forget to pour some bleach down your AC drain lines once and awhile.

Getting our AC unit replaced. First quote came back at $15k. Have two more coming tomorrow to give quotes. Hoping they're a bit better or I'm going to have to start selling pictures of my feet...
