People looked at me funny the last clay shoot I went to when I had my ammo bags hanging off my old padded Blackhawk belt. But at the end of the day I felt fine and they all were commenting how their belts were digging into their hips. That gun belt was the best $50 I spent almost 15 years ago now.

Did some work today at my friends ranch. Filled feeders, cleared some brush, moved

a feeder and stand, and some other crap. Also this rattle thought he could hang out but he discovered he hadn't paid rent.

Went hunting at my buddies lease this past weekend. We ended up getting a couple of Dove & rattlesnakes, a Coon and a wabbit. We also went frog hunting at night with a spotlight and .22's. That is so much fun and can't wait to do that again.

We got 24 the first night.

And 36 the next night.

These guys have tons of food and the ponds they live in are perfect environments for frogs (i.e. lilypads, reeds, algea, nonstop insects).

These guys are tough sons of bitches too. Quite a few of them in those pics are still alive despite having two bullets in their brain.

Did you use bird dogs to retrieve? Or just net them?

We used to gig them as a kid, man I would love to go out and kill a mess of kermits like that, that is some of best food to eat fried frog legs

Reached down and grabbed them out of the water for the most part. We had a net as well we'd use occasionally.

Damn jealous, when I have hunted them the ponds had steep banks, lucky to get one boot wet before it go over the top, sounds like a pretty nice hunt, I need to help you find that wallet, let me know what days to take off!!

The moon was bright as fuck last night. It appeares no one is seeing any deer. No shots from neighbors or anything. Supposed to push 90 degrees today so I might just fish the rest of the weekend.
