I haven't brought soda into my house in over a decade. Don't drink any booze during the week. Binge the crap out of a 30 pack 1-2 weekends per month at most. My issues being sedimentary more at the same time my metabolism is getting worse with age. If I wasn't behind a desk and was working with the tools I'd be 185 not 220. Problem now is I'm so exhausted when I get done desk driving I'm ready to pass out when I get home. Just gotta start working out after work again. It's been many years since I did that. Used to ride my bike 10-15 miles every day. When that stopped I got over 250. Now I cut 30 just eating better.
