My heads on a swivel same as always in the city of "Brotherly Love", but I need to step it up. Only difference is now instead of having a "encounter" once a month it's gone to once a day.
Had a guy come up to me off the sidewalk at a red light this morning and start talking shit. He caught me off guard so I need to do better in the early am. It's usually pretty safe in the city at 6am, but they seem to be waking up earlier these days. I had my window down and doors unlocked so I need to stop slipping just because I "think" it's a safe time of day. Need to treat it all like it's 1am

if you need to take shelter from a hurricane or tornado - make sure it's a new one. The old testing criteria is being made more stringent so that basically tells me the old testing was not up to snuff for real word weather or the weather is getting worse so the test needed an upgrade. Either way just because you think you are safe doesn't always mean you are. Most of these changes would apply to schools or hospitals unless some of you are gubment workers in hiding
