Sounds like the employee lawsuit against mandatory vaccines in Houston was thrown out of court. Texas is employment at will so if the employees do not want to work under those rules they can find some place with rules they do like.

All of our local hospitals are pretty much full, if not full, then it's a Dr. And Nurse shortage at that hospital preventing them to be at capacity.

I doubt internally they will force it on us considering my boss jumped on the shot bandwagon is currently at home with covid .
FTA could possibly force it on us like they do masks on our buses, but guess we will see.

Yeah I agree, IIRC about 70% of SA did receive the vaccine, but, that Delta variant is not messing around.

School starts back up soon, and they say history repeats itself.

I work with a couple teams from India, Israel, and parts of Europe. India was getting hammered with the "delta variant" well before they had the vaccines getting around. Australia was the opposite with high vaccine rates but still high infection rates. Two of our plants over there shut down completely due to covid issues again. That caused some global supply issues within the company for some of the specialty products.

I have to have surgery in a couple months, I was speaking to the specialist who will do it (he is in Temple area) he said the hospital there was full. But he was going to push to get me in anyhow. My luck that will be what kills me.

One of the "full.hospitals" issue I have is that a lot of the big hopsitals are reporting their "covid beds" are full while their standard beds are not. I have a friend that got put on 3 day leave for live streaming the difference on FB.

I have a friend who had a heart attack in a small town last week, and only the bigger hospitals in large cities are equip to handle these type of heart surgeries, San Antonio and Houston hosputals denied him entry because of the lack of ICU beds.

The governor does not want impose on indvidual freedoms, fine.


While others who need routine care, surgeries or have an urgent health issue
will have to just suffer.
