I've been told its only guys that were not qualified to get it... now its click food.
I still think its not right. I'm gonna assume that a person who is in the military and is offered money to reenlist is gonna take the bonus. Why, well I was in the military and did the same. If I reup'd and then found out 10+ years later they made a mistake.. well someone above my pay grade better be paying it back because I did exactly what they asked me to do. If they fucked up.. oh well. Lets just hope enough of a shit storm comes of this and they don't have to pay it back.
Shit we (the US) absolves TONS of debt each year occurred through bankruptcy or just tax breaks.. but now all the sudden we can't because its "against the law"... bullshit!! It's 15.2 million.. sweep it under the rug.. WTF.. we are already 19 trillion in debt... 15.2 isn't even a drop in the bucket. Let those people be. Make Al Sharpton pay his taxes and its all good!
The Pentagon is demanding soldiers return reenlistment bonuses
Edit.. sorry Al only owes 4.5 million... still a good start!

Real Estate is the 2nd most litigious business in the US. If there were not frivolous lawsuits, the cost for transactions would be drastically reduced. You would be surprised the number of BS lawsuits. It takes a good agent, such as my self to ensure that boomerangs don't come back and hit you in the head.If you read it, that's the point. You don't give people money a decade ago then ask for it back because one person fraudulently submitted your paperwork. Would be like you selling a house a decade ago and California coming to you tomorrow asking for $20,000 back because your boss lied.
Agent's bosses (clients) lie everyday and agents end up paying for it. Best example is people failing to disclose. Neighbor tells new owner. Agent and seller get's sued. I am pretty relentless. I take notes on all the issues a homeowner tells me. Then after I see their disclosures, I then make my disclosures that includes all those items that need to be disclosed that they told me about but failed to tell the buyer in writing. Sometimes I get a lot of push back saying, "I don't want them to know about that!" I have to work on convincing them that it needs to be disclosed and I need to disclose it. I have never lost a deal due to proper disclosure - I have had clients that had a short-term butt-hurt for me doing the job that I am required by law to do. I love Preventing Law, not practicing it. The person that should be hit is the person that was responsible for proper implementation of such a program.
A sliver of hope.
Biggest truth here.Which makes the next Supreme Court appointees that much more important.
