Actually, I have been using Straight Talk for about 3 years now. I'm on AT&T network. The first 1.5 years I paid something like $17/month due to my sammich's maker's amazing abilty to find deals. My latest one was right around $25/month (by buying 2 6 month cards) for 10 gigs and unlimited text/phone/data (slower after 10 gigs but I never use 10 gigs). The only thing I don't like is that I have to borrow a friends sim to initialize phones to allow use of google voice.

Before my initial switch, I was paying $130 month for a Verizon plan. My sammich maker uses free cell phone plans.
