For a guy who ran on infrastructure he sure knows how to f*ck up the construction market. Not that I would expect a dead beat like Trump who never paid his subcontractors bills and has screwed over many contractors in this area I know to actually do something right in the construction industry. While we are still grabbing our ankles from the Russian trade embargo now he's throwing a grenade into the middle of that with the new tariffs. Starting to think his Wharton School of Business degree was paid for not earned.
Businesses file bankruptcy all the time, there are reasons for those LLC's or Corps.
I told you the recycling industry in the US was going to double over the few years.
Ill never be a fan of people who screw over people I know in my industry. Industry is so small we all know each other and hear everything (regionally). Don't care about being legal when your morals are in the gutter. I could never sleep at night
Yea, I was wrong on that one. I was looking at local recycling stats, not commercial and was totally wrong.
This sh*t keeps up the aluminum beer cans and kegs will be worth more than whats in them.
25% on steel and aluminum.Tariffs Could Hit U.S. Window, Glass Exports | USGlass Magazine & USGNN Headline News

Guess you're charging for spray paint now25% on steel and aluminum.
Holy canoli.
Gotta fund all the new shiny programs we don't need.
I have no idea how anyone can make 50k and even live in this state. Cost of living is so high 50k might as well be considered being below the poverty level. I was making more than that at my first real job 20 years ago loading 18 wheeler trailers with aluminum. Kids with no experience hired at my old job strait out of college were making 60k+ last year.
Call me a tin foil hat guy but I am confident that this is all positioning. We shall see.Tariffs Could Hit U.S. Window, Glass Exports | USGlass Magazine & USGNN Headline News

I personally had to eat a $10-12K loss from a two owner business/partnership, it sucks, but the main guy had a heart attack the next year, karma, but every time I walk into my shop and see my 67 SWB C10, it reminds me, I probably just need to sell it and be done with it, dang o dust collector
Guess you're charging for spray paint now[/
Hes playing hardball, we haven't had a president do that in my lifetime for sure. Definitely a change from what we've had. Hopefully we come out on top.Call me a tin foil hat guy but I am confident that this is all positioning. We shall see.

Most of the steel I use is out of Mexico, all of the tubing smaller than 4x4x1/4 is usually made in Mexico.25% on steel and 10% on aluminum, but remember we also sanctioned the 3rd largest producer of aluminum (Russia) last month and prices are already going crazy so this is in addition to that price spike.
All aluminum is imported because the US has no means to mine it....well unless Trump starts WWIII and we annex some more land![]()
