I didn't read it yet, but will go over it tonight. Food is and has been an issue and so has/is water IMHO.
Lord knows he isn't going to be making us any more land so buy it up while you can. Know one knows this better than our president ~ He got most of his recent US developments funded via the H2B visa program.
and if not for my moms lease giving the current leaser final right of refusal or to match any incoming offers my moms marina would of been sold to a Chinese man who wanted it for a visa tax deferral program shell game he was playing with his multiple adult communities he owned.

Interesting. I like the survival rate quote. Looked them up to see if they were just a spin off of a larger network and they aren't so that's cool. The editors are both born outside the US, but thats no big deal ~ The US certainly doesn't have a strangle hold on democracy or capitalism these days.
