Don't those still require a tax stamp to be considered "legal?"

As long as you are only using the oil filter to catch solvent fluids when you clean your chamber/barrel - then no. Your intent is legal. The moment you put a round in chamber with the oil filter still on the end - yes. You are using a suppressor.

I understand that but what do you think the tanks would be used for? Mass Immunization? lol

hopefully they are just going to port!

DOD has done some dumb shit in the past 7yrs, to include some projects near the coast of CA. unable to specify, but it’s just mind blowing how much much money they have spent, and imo it definitely lessens the military readiness.

Interesting. I might need to pick one up. You know, for catching solvent purposes.

Just watch the fine line of the word intent. The ATF backed off the Sig arm brace BS because of the word intent and the "original manufacture intent of the device". They were ruled against being able to hold "innocent" people guilty of using a Sig Brace as an SBR device based off the guilt of a few. But it did not clear the way to still do it; using a Sig Brace as an SBR type device is still illegal. Using a Sig Brace is as a pistol device is still gay. Nothing has really changed other than they were stopped from outlawing the braces based off the actions of a "few" people.

use a prepaid card, paid for by cash, send it to a different name, ATF has subpoena companies records like this before and has shut them down.

Like when they raided the plastic 80% lower company.

You know it is bullshit when a California judge sides with the arms manufacturer with a legal injunction against the ATF.

thats just one of the hundreds of businesses they have targeted, granted, the amount of subpoenas have significantly decreased with Trump in office.

pay cash for prepaid card, order, use that 5min email address, under John Doe, good to go

but where do you have it sent? Seems like taking those measures would be futile if you have it sent to your home address.

Too bad you can't pre-select a delivery location similar to amazon or home depot lockers.

I know we have about 12 units at one of our addresses. :) (and its a Single Family Residence) :)

I'm sure there is a temp PO box deal at a private PO box place.

Contact your local drug dealer. I sure they know how to do it.

These drawings should be interesting to see develop over time. Budget is only 80 pages.... bet the build docs are 300+ a year from now when this happens. Already more security then when I did Tower 1 in NYC.

Standard language on contract and prints for sensitive projects, the company that gets the bid can be held liable if the specs are released or disclosed to public and/or 3rd parties, the contractor will normally add additional language that employees are prohibited from making copies or taking pictures of the specs or build.

Per Fed acquisition rules, the company that gets a bid like that, every employee that works there on site will have to additional training and requires one person from the company to actually attend Manager IA training course.

at least that was on the DoD side, but I pretty sure the FAR is standard across all government contracts. I was a COR for a few years.

When I was involved with Tower 1 in NYC "safest building in the country" some say... I'm doubtful... it said "do not reproduce" all over the prints. I had Kinko's print me out a bunch of color copies lol

No specs yet so all thats unknown to me at this point. All I have is basic preliminary budget plans. They state "Design intent documents for EPA occupancy - not for construction" yet Ive spent the past 2 days taking it off for a construction budget which is fairly normal for jobs of this size (5 floors of offices and labs).

I do find it interesting that they have caught on to the tinfoil.... lol

Now I need to know why gun lockers need to be STC rated for noise? Do the guns the "EPA" buys not like loud noises? If so they are buying the wrong ones lol

Also - who's packing heat in the FDA? I guess the guys tasked with the "D"?
