From the looks of it they are not expecting prices to move much anytime soon. All the producers realize there is a significant excess that is out there now due to production and covid-19 causing high supply and near zero demand. All the agreements were over a 2 year period.

Yes, and I told ya to buy oil stocks awhile back,
, and you might become the next millionaire...Not to mention the 7 to 9% dividend pay out if bought a couple weeks ago when the stocks were ridiculously stupid low. Either a price war or a real war will happen will oil dips below profits, even for a sub standard country.

inventories are very high and ships are just parked with oil, keep in mind, every couple years, the USA always has a disruption in oil because we only have so many processing plants and plant explosions are a given in that industry. Plus a few auto makers are going to discontinue making sedans.

I still think no matter what, our service men and women should not be in that location, the Saudi Oil is no longer a strategic asset/interest to the USA/military and Saudi in general is a false or lost allied nation to us.

The only issue is that oil and any other commodity can be made into weapons and or nukes rather rapidly. Look at Iran. Not saying that we need to be there but we should be ready to glass the place.
