As the masses migrate from the expensive areas to the cheaper areas I wonder how this is changing. I know the cost of housing in my area has jumped a decent bit in the last 3-5 years as more corporations move to Dallas/Ft Worth. The displaced locals are pushing the edge of increased housing prices just further and further out. Give it a few more years and I may be ready to start house shopping in Alpine. My only hang up may be my current job requirements to be near an airport.
