Good news is we can win easily if we pull our heads out of our ass's and stop buying crap we don't need and is pure junk
Buy what you need, not what you want + Buy it local when possible + buy it American when possible = China implodes
Also would be nice if Americans started buying land again and got themselves out of debt.....instead of becoming slaves to the masters who own it and rent it to them and love it when they are in debited to them.
I think the land/homeownership is a generational thing. I have talked to a lot of people / couples younger than myself and discovered that many of them have no interest in long term land/homes right now. They want to stay in a position where they can move every 3-5 years without a house to sell.

One of the things I dislike most of our culture. Everyone dies in debt these days. We have lost our long term planning/goals that spanned generations and exchanged them for instant gratification from Chinese shiny things. When covid first hit and I heard how hard Italy was doing because they had multiple generations in the same houses it was depressing. Like nature culling them for doing the right thing. Here we just ship them to a home and forget about them.
Luckily my mother will be passing down some land + capitol and thats my plan as well. If you do your job right & have a little luck you should be able to help the family. Even though I am single I have plenty of cousins and a couple nephews. My sister is my beneficiary of all my finances/house/everything.
if I don't wake up tomorrow no one will be in debted to anyone and in fact they will end up with 6+ figures & I have no life insurance - just capitol
I remember watching a documentary on George Washington a few years ago. His #1 goal was to buy land and pass it down to create generational wealth. I wish I had seen that when I was much younger. It really woke me up.

I have seen the generational wealth go both ways. I had an older friend who passed away a few years ago who left his kids / grandkids a business and income that could have set them for life. Instead one of the grandkids was dead from a drug overdose within a year, the son was divorced because he thought his new wealth was a "hall pass" on his marriage, and the family is close to ruined now. Money is not the root of all evil; but damn it can bring out the bad side in people who have no respect for it.

Generational wealth needs to not only be land/money but also knowledge/wisdom + a ton of genetic luck in order to work out.
My nephews for example are spoiled beyond belief IMHO. One is very well grounded and the other ones in the clouds. Time will tell. My head was in literal clouds until I was 18.
One of the reasons I researched LLC's and trusts is so stipulations could exist that would put the trust above those that leach. Every family has a scumbag in it eventually.

I have a pair of nephews like that. Thankfully the one with his head in the clouds is starting to come around and be a pretty cool teenager.
