They're back in the country in about 2 weeks. The cartels meet the guys getting shipped back over and they seperate them into two groups, one group that can pay and one group that can't. I know this because it happened to one of my coworkers relatives (the guy married into my coworkers family). The cartel beat the absolute shit out of him before dropping him off on a random street in Houston (so he wouldn't talk or go to the cops). They got ahold of his wife in the middle of the night and told her to come pick him up off the side of the road.
Still only half as many as before.
