I keep telling myself I will build one of those.

17 yo girl in New Zealand is the company founder/inventor of it. Almost every cold weather camping trip it seems like someones whacking a finger with an hatchet while cutting kindling....

You could. Never seen anyone use a wedge to make kindling, but there's a first for everything. Would be pretty hard to balance the wood, hold the wedge on top of it, and hit multiple times to create small pcs. Just use a hatchet and skip the wedge all together. Then we are back to chopping off fingers. For the people who must have it all or heat with wood - I think it's a neat tool. Doubtful I'd ever buy one.

Got one of those for my Pops last year when they were on sale. They work well, pricey for such a small piece but I sometimes you can't put a price on safety or convenience lol

A whole lot cheaper and easier than getting a finger sewn back on.

I just realized that within 2 miles from my work and right next to each other I have a Fastenall, Granger, and Kenseal. Had to pick up some caulk last night to take to a jobsite this morning. They couldn't plan that store placement any better for contractors.

I have two of those. I should probably pawn the BRAND NEW one without the battery or charger.

I have an older non-Fuel Milwaukee 3/8" impact an its awesome. Dad bought the new Fuel one and its even better. One of these days I'll get one but for now there is no need.
