I’ve been spoiled at work with 8.0 and 12.0 batteries. Now I feel like my 5.0 at home is too small even though I’ve never actually run it down before.

Ordered a set of seam splitters from eastwood, they are finally back in stock. Figured they'd come in handy for general chiseling and smashing shit lol. While I was on the site I got their extra wide aerosol can rack too, tired of knocking my cans over on the shelf I have them on now. The cans I have must have been defective

I bought some back when we split my neighbors kids truck in half and welded a new cab onto it. Don't recall the brand but they worked awesome.

The cans are defective!!! LOL.. love that movie.

yeah i've always wanted a set, was watching a guy on you tube taking panels apart and wondering what kind of heavy duty chisels they were. Turns out I know nothing about actual body work other than smashing and welding. Found the seam splitters and the eastwood ones are full metal through the handle. I'm sure I'll be using them more for general chiseling than body panel separating. Can never hurt to add another tool to the arsenal, even if you don't use it for the proper purpose lol

Picked up a new set of 9" pliers today. These fuckers should grip well. Just wish they had vise-grips with this same cut.

Getting ready to do the same once we close in the house in three weeks. We’ve got a whole list of updates/upgrades to do. Perfect reason to buy some new Milwaukee tools. Other than my 3/8” M18 impact, all my stuff is 10+ years old. Most of it is till working decently so going to move it all out to the hunting property and leave it there so it’s one less thing to transport back and forth.

Cool, I got the 15% off coupons when I did the change of addresses from moving and HD sent posstcards to the house with the discount codes.

Just submitted a claim to Knipex. This brand new stripper has rusted out pretty badly which is weird because it rides in the same pouch as my Knipex combination pliers which have no rust on them. So we'll see what Knipex will do to make it right.
The only thing I could think of that made them rust is being exposed to my sweat through the tool pouch? But it's weird that only this one started rusting whereas the other pliers/cutters are fine.
