I had three CV's with me and broke an axle shaft, go figure. I got lucky and found a local salvage yard with a wrecked 07 taco. I bought the entire rear axle out of it and was back on the trail by lunch the next day.

Overall it was another good year at Jambo. The weather was great and the trails dried out quickly.

That bottle was cracked before you got out from under the pavilion, and polished off by around 11:30.

I think he paid $500 for it. Not too bad considering it was 5 miles away and complete.

Yup, $500 cash and carry. Toyota wanted $500 for just the shaft!

I now have a spare third and another axle shaft for a spare. The third doesn't do me too much good, but I'm sure someone at Rock Therapy will need it.
