Yeah! I doubt I can do this fall.. although I'd love to. I'd like to do the ranch, check out these posts, they make me want to pack up now and drive west. The first one is awesome. They make me want a Sportsmobile bad! I checked into them.. very high $$. I saw one at REI in town, it was a gray one from Oregon and was awesome! Newer model, Powerstroke, Dynatrack 60's F&R, 35" mud terrains, big ass bumpers front and rear, rear one had swingouts with fuel can storage, Warn winch up front, had a Baja style rack as well as a Thule cargo container up top. Just badass!

Yeah, I wish there was places to go overland style around here. I suppose I could drive to Big Bend.. but I'd love to have 4 million acres of BLM land to go camping on around here. Thats one thing those California/Nevada/Arizona guys have going for them.

I am moving the Taco into more of an Expo rig myself. I want to build a bed rack and then stick a RTT on it. Of course I'll add a small generator and a AC unit below it, pumping cold air up into the tent. :D

Hell yeah I was talking to Kindra about going out to Big Bend because I've never been, I think that it would be a blast for a few of to all go out together.

Agreed, when is a good time, who besides Rob has been before? I have to budget this shit out with 3 kids (baby sitter, school).

COOL LINKS> I love the Sportsmobile.. that is cool. Guess I will have to do a Picture thread for our last Bend trip.. some of the video in Biancas "Blue" video is from Big Bend Ranch.

Bianca is the master planner.. let's start another meet thread and narrow down the dates. I will probably be taking my Boys, although.. they may not want to go. They got car sick last time I hauled ass on that dirt road leading into the Ranch. :) You wanting to go this Summer, plan for next summer? Go this fall (not x-mas.. it's too freaking cold at night!).

I've been to the original Katemcy Rocks.. awesome!

The new K2 is more hardcore. I've heard from many people who went there that you really need 38's or bigger to have fun there. A couple guys with 35's said they wouldn't go back until they had bigger tires.

Holy shit... how fucking hard can it be to get a new fridge!

They where supposed to deliver the new one this morning between 7 and 9. Never showed up. I called the delivery number... they couldn't find the fridge to deliver it. I'm ready to rip someones face off.

Dude, I saw one of those vans on the way home. It was in a parking lot as we drove through Big Springs, TX.

My truck is built for overland. Lets F-ing do it. Big Bend Ranch 2011! Now I just need to finish my On Board Water setup.
