What has your ride DONE FOR YOU lately?

You talking to me?
Well my runner decided I needed to sweat more so it decided to crap out it's AC, I knew I needed to change the compressor pulley for a while thanks to the every now and again squeel under the hood, I put it off until I was in my new house, less than a week into the house on a trip to Buda, the AC went out going from blowin cold to breathin fire, turned it off and rolled with the windows down the rest of the way, pulled in for gas and checked it out and everything was spinnin fine, next day at work en route to my first stop I heard the squeel of rubber and a nice trail of smoke trailin behind me and coming in through the air vents, got to my first stop and the clutch (on the compressor) completely seezed and the belt snapped like a rubber band, thank god the runner is a 3 belt system or I would have been F@#$%d that day

I loaded up a bunch of old concrete landscape edging to haul to the dump. I could tell there was weight back there but the scale at the dump said 1040 pounds less when I left. The Dakar springs were great and did not sag much at all.

Moved a 500lb gun safe for my friend, have the tsb springs, still had the bro lean going on, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Was almost surprised by the tailgate not bending, we used it as a fulcrum to load and unload the safe.

Edit: Returned 20.7 mpg for the 100 mile trip, doing about 70the mph on the way down, then stuck behind and old man on the return trip doing 50 mph. 97.7 miles travelled on 4.7 gallons.

I have the bed of the Raisin all cut up and loaded into the back of the Taco. Need to haul if off to the scrap yard. Not even flexing the Dakars.. that bed was pretty lightweight.

man that still looks pretty level even with all that grass loaded up. Guess I'm just used to less air space between the tire and flare. :)

x2.. great color. Its the color I went to buy but they didn't have any TRD OR's in Texas in that color at the time. 6 months later and it was an option! FML I am also a big fan of the newer pyrite. If I was to buy a new one I'd look for one that color.

well, my center console button and spring decided to launch themselves out of my driver side window while I was in my neighborhood. Now my center console laughs at me whenever I take a right turn....

from what i've read, you'd have to buy a whole new center console. the dealer doesn't sell the part by itself, or even the lid.

Im just gonna go to the junk yard and find one in a totaled truck. just like 3-5 screws and the whole button assembly can be removed. I should just use some Space Velcro instead though...

Since we have a little cooler weather today I did a few things to my truck.
Painted the radiator black so it does not show through the grill and moved the horns. Also installed an external speaker for my CB. Then I finished it off with an oil change.
