Not at this time but I am looking to have one in the next 2-3 months. Then some welding practice.

Easy easy install and it had a lot better protection than the stock one did.

Got a little work done yesterday evening. Stickered up the roof. Also added the drivers door bar so i can get the cab back on tonight. Welded up the exhaust pieces and got them wrapped in exhaust wrap. Not sure if im going to leave the wrap on or just get some VHT paint and paint it.

Some pics.

Do the side braces stop right before the LCA? Hard to tell in the pic. I was wondering why they stopped that, but now that it's mounted I might understand why. I'd bet their LCA skids were interfering with the IFS skid. Loss of that metal is a major loss in strength IMO and thats were I'd start beefing it up if your going to mash it. Either way - like you said it's 100% better than stock or that crappy Toyota aluminum skid I drank the cool-aid on when I bought mine. That thing was a damage multiplier if anything.

I did get the cab back on yesterday. Makes this thing look so much lower at full bump than without it on there. Now the fun starts with the interior. Its going to be a mix of welded up 14ga steel, some bolted in aluminum panels, and maybe some expanded metal in the footwells so I can see in front of me while wheeling. Not sure if ill leave them open or not. Still up in the air on that one.

Also ordered some AR400 plate (3/16") for my skids and some aluminum sheet for interior panels/floor from ALRO.

Last time I called a parts desk for @tex we had to tell the guy what color of paint the 4Runner had so we could get the main UCA bolt.

Well that does matter... they color match those little drops of paint on the tip of the bolt. :D

So I found a problem with the 3.4 and the skid plate. I already hate doing oil filter changes and now the skid does not allow the oil to drain straight down from the filter when unscrewed. Plus the skid blocks me from opening the valve. I guess I will have to put an extension on the valve and finally fork up the money for a oil filter relocation kit. Whoever designed the oil filter location on this motor needs to burn in hell while they have to change the oil on this motor wearing nothing but white. Then get beaten for every drop of oil that gets on the white. For all of eternity.
