Done for now. The new UBJ is in but the boot tore; not a big deal really since it just needs to hold together for 4-6 weeks most likely.

I bought Moog ball joints with the zirks... the zirk holes where not tapped with threads so the zirks would not go in. Took them back and bought TC LCA's.. yeah there might have been a cheaper way to fix it.
I forgot about the zerk fittings not being tapped correctly. I had the same issue.My nephew just installed Moog ball joints on his Xterra and the provided zerk fittings we're inaccessible to the grease gun. Luckily I had some 90° zerk fittings and he used those instead.
The anger and frustration of that UBJ last night was real. I ended up taking the spindle 80% off so I could rotate it enough to get a straight line up with the ball joint press and the ball joint. Some impact work brought it nicely into the spindle and everything else went back together like I had not been cussing and sweating for an couple of hours. My current goal is to get all the parts to replace all the wear items at one time, take the UCA/ LCA/ spindle off, replace all the bushings/UBJ, weld in the spindle gusset, and reassemble. I am thinking it will be a long day of work but worth it in the long run.

Knocking out a few small things while I wait for all my suspension components to get here. It's been so long since I ordered stuff from somewhere other than Amazon, I forgot how long some stuff can take. In the mean time, I restored my headlights because I'm not paying $350 for new ones until these get smacked by a limb or something. Also installed a fire extinguisher mount that mounts to the front seat bracket bolts. Once I got it installed I realized I don't know where the bracket is for my fire extinguisher so I'll have to order a new one and get it mounted later. Also got my table in for the rear door. Not sure when I'll get around to doing that. No rush for it other than I'd like to have it installed for Arkansas. Extended brake lines show up today and the rest of the suspension parts should be here next week.
Finally getting the house battery, dual battery controller, and house power plugs wired in. I should be decent at electrical by the time this weekend is done.
