Shit... had a ever so slight little bit of play in the UCA. It appeared to be the bushings.. which was odd because I replaced them not so long ago.. maybe 2 years.. tops! Anyhow last time I replaced them I ordered 2 sets. So.. today I pulled the passenger side apart to replace the bushings. They appeared fine. Swapped in the new ones and same thing! I don't think its the Uniball (its also fairly new) as it feels tight. I "think" the large thick washers need to be replaced. 2 are snug as a bug on the long bolt and two have a fair amount of play. Upside is that I greased everything and topped off the front diff. When I get back from the trip I'll order new uniballs and all new mounting hardware.

No idea what UCA you're running but my TC's with chrome uniballs lasted less than 9 months. Got a few years out of the replacement stainless set. Prob pitted by now from sitting.

That's Mr Asshole to you
I turned a wrench on the Lexus today. Took out the passenger seat to pull up the carpet since it was wet under the floor mats. Like really wet. Turns out there is standing water under the carpet and pad. I suspect the it's from the AC evap drain is clogged since there was a service bulletin to fix it on my year car. Talked with the dealer and sent them video of the water. They were embarrassed they sold the car like that and are making it right.
Drove 4 hours to bring them the car and they gave me a new RX350 to drive while they fix my car.
I will say that North Park Lexus in San Antonio has been a class act with this.

Update on this. Dealer called today and the AC drain was the culprit. Seats and carpet are pulled out. Car and carpet are both drying out. Should know tomorrow if the carpet can be cleaned or if new carpet will be ordered. Either way the dealer has been great to work with. Biggest problem with this is the new RX350 they gave me to drive around. My Dishwasher does not want to give it back.

I offered to buy part of it. Offer was declined. I wanted another 20' of side yard. Lot is 120' wide. I would still make the HOA minimum of 100' wide lots.

So I just tested the welds on these new shackle points by pulling a Dodge 2500 out of a vacant lot that is the drainage field for the hill beside it. All welds held, no cracks seen, and the surveying crew is now getting back to work. The BFG KO2s on it were slicked over and useless in that moist dirt. I was happy my new Hankooks did pretty good hooking up and not slicking over like I was afraid would happen.
