Swapped out the trans cooler for a larger one and removed the black paint from the Toyota emblem on the grill. The Hayden cooler looks like a joke compared to these two coolers.

The smaller one is the B&M 70268.
The larger one is the B&M 70266.

Started to replace brake pads with some swanky ceramic pads and also replace the Goodridge SS brake lines with Crown Perf brake lines. Started late and had to make a run to Lowes to get some bolts to replace those shitty Toyota pins that hold the pads in place. Got one side done and I'll do the other this weekend. But man what a difference between the Goodridge and Crown lines. Crown FTMFW

How did the crown lines make a difference?

I initially planned to install the inline thermostat for my transmission cooler and had to change plans when it leaked fluid everywhere. In doing so I cleaned up the previous owner's mess. The PO was definitely not a rocket scientist in that he hooked up the previous auxiliary cooler before the radiator transmission cooler so no matter how much the auxiliary cooler tried to work it couldn't. Since I had the leak issue to deal with I put the smaller B&M cooler back in place and completely bypassed the radiator. For now I will just rely on the smaller cooler until I can get the thermostat leaking issue resolved.

Haven't tested them out yet but they are 50% thicker. Just an all around better line. I had shit to do last night and this morning so I'm starting back up. Got the front done, still need to swap lines in the rear yet, But I think I got my money's worth out of the pads. Not much left. It had just started to squeal on Thursday.

I was very happy with the rear Crown lines on my Tacoma.

So when I ordered the crown lines I bought longer than I needed because the Goodridge were supposedly for a lifted truck but they were stretched to their limit. You can see this one was starting to fail. I have the Crown ARB lines for front and rear and they are swanky. These are even beefier.

This is how my last Goodridge failed. Exact spot.

Been knocking out the little things on the 4Runner over the last week. Getting all the necessities taken care of first before I start spending a lot of money on big ticket items. First up will be these beauties in Matte Dark Bronze Placing my order Monday.

Replace my windshield washer reservoir in the Tacoma today. Damn tabs broke off and it was being held in place with zip ties. My typical fix for everything.
