Really need a decent mower like that at my house. I think I am going to keep a watch out for a decent deal on a zero turn before this next spring. This push mower is killing me. The more cedars I cut down the more square footage I have to mow. I do not remember an acre being this dang big when I was growing up.

@TacoXpo post about washing his cabin filter made me remember that I haven't replaced mine in awhile. I expected it to be dirty but not this dirty...

Tomorrow I am swapping out the rear axle on my '01 4Runner (and if time is on my side the front clam shell as well). Tonight I cleaned out the garage and prepped everything for in the morning. Of course this week at work I never got home early enough to get anything prepped in advance.

Axle is in place. The gears do not bind when in 2WD.

Update: the gears at this time are 4.10 in front and 4.30 in back. I am staying in 2WD until the front clam is swapped out.

Yeah my A/C is more consistently cold now. I have put a reminder in my calendar to swap out it out in 6 months.

Finally ordered a new battery. Stock one left me stranded yesterday since I out the fridge back in. Battery is still good it just can't run the fridge when the trucks not running. I ordered an Odyssey 34-PC1500. Would have liked to get the 31 but this was $100 cheaper and will be plenty for what I need since I don't see me adding anything else to the 4Runner electronics wise. Plus I can use the stock battery for the 84 now.

Changed my oil, air filter, and cabin air filter in the Subaru. No more waiting a year for the air or cabin filters. Both were trashed bad. Figured the car could go a year because I'm not wheeling it, but I was wrong. Sucked a ton of dust up it from the darn low ram air. Must create some sort of vacum at my front end. The entire engine bay was full of sand. Also had a mouse decide to crawl up my ram air intake and make a house right before my air filter. Thank goodness he didn't eat through the air filter or charcoal air filter and let all the crap into my engine. Also found mouse crap in my engine bay. No idea how/why a mouse would make a house in my intake or my engine. The car moves every single day. I set 4 traps outside near my car to see if I can kill him off. Makes me wonder whats living in my Tacoma that hasn't moved in a over a year.

That's crazy! You got lucky there...also that he didn't eat through any electrical lines.
