He got my LED fogs, my aluminum skid plate, and my Husky cargo area mat. Think he wants my HID headlights too if they don't fit the Lexus which I think they will.

If you would have sold the Tacoma and old 4runner, you could have started with the older Lexus from the get go, SMH....and you could saved about 15% of the total cost of that 4R from depreciation, and zero car notes!

Been dreading this post because I know what's coming but... I traded the 4Runner today. I loved it but over the last few months I started finding things about it that annoy me. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and caused all kinds of back pain for me if I was sitting in them over 20 minutes, anytime I towed anything over 2500lbs I hated it, I kept getting steering wheel vibes that I couldn't track down and didn't want to start down that rabbit hole, I was putting a shit load of miles on it and killing the resell, and lastly I was tired of making those big payments and still having 4.5 years of payments left. So I've been looking for a 4th gen 4Runner for the V8 option. After Andy posted his thread on his GX it got me interested in those and I found one yesterday local that was a pretty good deal in my eyes. So now I own a 2005 GX470 Sport. Freed up some money on the monthly payment (and insurance) and took a huge chunk off of the remaining months on the loan.

Meh I enjoyed my time with the 4Runner. I lost a bit trading it in that I could have avoided by selling it but I don't regret it, though I'm sure Scott and Roger will be by soon to tell me all about why I made the worst decision of my life and that I'll never be able to retire now because I lost that money. I wanted a 4Runner since they first debuted the 5th gens and glad I finally got to own one. They're great vehicles it just wasn't fitting for me anymore.

Got new wheels and tires. Previous wheels were 9" wide when I ordered 8.5". So used the headache of having to go back to leverage a deal on new tires.
Method Grid wheels with Hankook MT in 265/70/17. Better pics tomorrow that won't have the sun causing weird shadows.

Initial test fit on the rack. I had to make a few design adjustments that require more welding. So it will be going on finally in the morning.
