At the same time it was time to replace the leather on the steering wheel. The leather work was a tedious but I think it’s gonna come out quite nicely.Was ‘maning’ The sewing machine

I want to see if there’s extra leads in the clockspring that would allow me to put a push to talk switch between the voice command button and the on-hook/off-hook buttons. I have a boom mic deal for the ham and would love to get a clean talk button.![]()

Now that I’ve taken the thing off about 3 times, it’s real easy - It’s like the sub-4 minute mile.
