Going down a rabbit hole here as well and upgrading the tunes in the tow rig. Factory headunit, JBL GTO 3.5sin the dash, 2 way Alpine Type S 6x9's, JL 10w3 sub, , Stinger Wiring and RCAs, and a 5 Channel Pioneer 9705 amp to run it all. Should have it done next week.

Factory system in the Subaru sucks donkey d. I've wanted to upgrade it and sounddeaden the car since I bought it. Also tint. Yet Ill do none of it until something blows up. Said to myself when I bought it that it would get no mods and Ive only drilled one hole into it for aux cargo lights since then lol

Got a new fridge for the truck today. My Dometic stopped working on 12v but still works on 110v so it will be a shop fridge for @fsbrain03 .
Went with the SnoMaster CL56D. Still fits on my slide and that was a requirement. Most excited about the dual zone. Ice for my whiskey and ice cream for the Dutch oven cobler will be nice.

Upgraded the PackOut tool kit for my 4Runner. It will be nice having a nicely equipped tool set in the rig without grabbing from my garage tool box.

New addition for the tool box; now to setup a charger to keep a battery ready at all time.

The main box with plenty of room to make a few additions. I am waiting for the Father's Day Sales to pick up some nice hand tools and impact sockets. Now to toss in some electrical tape and a few other basic hand tools.

And a nice beauty shot of the ratchets and sockets.

Stacked and ready to go back into the cargo area.

Now back to upgrading the 4Runner.

Glad you’ve got that set up so I don’t need to worry with bringing my own tools :)

My next trip is a solo rig trip so I need to make sure I have all my situations covered. But don't worry; I never carry a hi lift jack so you can bring that.

Hmm.. a place to put more shit.. I like it. LOL I am pretty set for now. I have a place for the phone, the Garmin and the tablet. That is cool though.

Well the system in the tow rig is a lot louder now. I wanted a 10"JL sub but hey didn't have a 2ohm W3 so I ended up with a 12" W3-V3 2 ohm. needless to say its awesome. I have to modify my OEM underseat shelving now to accommodate the the bigger box and sub.

The wiring in this 4Runner is a mess. Guess first up is going to be to tear it all out and start over from scratch.

Yeah, even if they did it right the next guy will have no clue how it goes. Not saying its not a rats nest, but hell even mine which I redid and labeled I don't want to mess with it. lol
