That's Mr Asshole to you
I feel like I don't know you anymore with this clean truck @Silverback

My 14 yr old daughter couldn't care less. My oldest daughter and my son were bugging the shit out of me and their mom to get theirs.I know my young one is exited to get her drivers license in 2.5 years. Which is cool because I know many parents who's kids could care less.
I was already driving at 12 and drove myself to the driver's license class the school put on for free during the summer when I was 15 in a 85 hilux 4x4 manual. The drivers ed car was the first time Id ever driven an automaticI couldn't wait to get mine. On my birthday I rode the bus home, grabbed my car keys and drove myself to the dmv before my parents got home from work.

Ended up using Chemical Guys clay bar kit, then some 303 Graphiner nano spray. Another Cerakote wipe and did the headlights as well. Still need to clean the windshield and repaint all the bumpers and sliders. Also need to pull the grill and repaint it with some OEM color paint. But shit its not looking too bad. Had the kid clean the wheels. She found some old "matte" tire shine and used it.

Must be something in the water bc my girls helped me clean the freer mud off my truck and trailer this week as well. It's nice not having to worry about the shitty Toyota paint or them scratching it. They went to town with brushes and a water gunI would talk shit but I too applied tire shine this week. Well, I didn't but the guy at the car wash I go to did. I did make the conscious decision to pay the extra $6 though.
I also applied tire shine to the tires (I applied a shit ton to the trailer tires for the UV protection) and they still have a dirt rim around them
I ordered a Viair suitcase compressor for my wife's car. It was $50 off Amazon and came with other little nozzles for bike tires & an air mattress. I'm still playing around with trying to fit it under by the spare tire but there's not a lot of room with the air ride tanks there.Picked up a "used" Smittybilt 2781 5.65 cfm compressor today for $75. It looks like brand new... no dust, nothing. Its going in the Superduty. I have a ROAM adventure box, it was the first one they came out with. Back when we did that group buy on 270 degree awnings... 2017?? I think I am the only one who kept it. Anyhow, compressor is going in that box.

I just found out I don't really need to move the camera. They are such large image quality I ca just move my finger up or down on the left side of the screen and it pans the camera up or down... front and rear. If I do the same on the right side it dims or brightens the image.
I also picked up the hard wire kit, a 128Gb Sandisk card and the extended wire for the rear view camera. Note that the cord that came with it would not have reached the back of the Tacoma.
Angled down to just see the top of the hood.

Having a camera instead of a rear view mirror is one thing I thought I would hate about my truck but I’ve really come to like it.Installed a new rearview mirrow. Its actually a screen with two cameras. 4K up front and a 2.5K for the rear. 128G microSD card to store data, has built in GPS. I need to adjust the cameras a little. The rear ones adhesive is still drying so I'll adjust it later and I need to do the front as well. I like it. If for some reason the thing dies it still acts as a mirror.
