So I'm looking for ideas on how to get AC into a tent and this huge mofo from WalMart pops up... damn thing is pretty cool for a big cheap tent. Has a place for a window unit already built in.

My buddy has the smaller version of this tent. We had our "own" rooms and a living room which was pretty sweet. The guys gave us so much shit for it being so large calling it "our house".

and thats why even though it would be good on my wallet, I'll never move south. Was almost 90* yesterday up here - screw that. We had Easter dinner on my sisters back deck for the first time. You guys need to keep that heat crap down your way. Should still be hoody and jeans weather up here and it's shorts/t-shirt already.

Just bought a new tent at academy.. They must be rating these thing different from the last one. I got a 6 person because we like room to put our bags in side.... You could sleep 10 people in this thing... But very easy to set up and its tall enough to stand in.

I think they are based on how many and what size air mattresses you can fit. We have one of those 47 person Coleman instatents and it has more room than one of those hipster tiny houses.

Those big ones are great unless you are setting them up or tearing them down. I have a Big Agnes 6 man with vestibule and I've only used it a couple times, its just huge. Thing takes up a whole tent pad at a state park.

I personally have enjoyed living where I could pick my weather. I can either camp at sea level or at 10,000 or more above sea level. I guess you could say we can dial in the temp. I just have to live with a bunch of nut jobs.

Got a call from the guy I bought my trailer from. He said "I have some information on your shipping". I was thinking, no fucking way!! I was right. He said "Do you have a forklift at your house".. No.. well is there a business nearby that has a forklift?. Umm.. ???? He said they would deliver to the nearest 4WP for free (saves me the $250 curbside delivery). So what I am thinking is hiring a tow company with a rollback to pick it up and deliver it to my garage. Saves me some cash and honestly is probably easier. My driveway is steep, so I was planning to winch the damn thing into the garage. This saves me that headache. Downside is that he did not have an ETA of any sorts. Like I figured, Its gonna be months.

Oh the cool part is that the "crate" it comes in has casters on the bottom! So yeah, I think it would roll over the lip and into the garage.. worst case I use a floor jack. But a rollback could off-load it right into the garage with no issues.

Now.. when will it arrive. Guy said they are shipping out 3-6 a week.. so what number am I? 30.. 100.. 200? He is supposed to get back to me when he knows. He was super friendly and helpful.

Can't you use your 16' trailer? Put your winch-all on it and winch that bitch up onto it?

When you say "case" I can only assume it's a 24 pack of Bud Light?
