Let me know if you do. I think I'm free that weekend.

Cool! I think I might bring the family as well.

It's all good. If you are available then great. We'll play it by ear.

Think I'm going to set up my new tent tonight and see how well she is as a DIY steam room when I throw a crock pot full of water in it. I need to do something to get this chest congestion gone. Thinking Ill steam the tent for a while before I go into it - Dam cheap china material was off-gassing like crazy when I opened the bag it came in. if you guys don;t hear from me Monday - I'm probably dead in my backyard. PSU can have all my spare parts and the truck lol

I should be around that weekend as well. Don't know if I can make it to the show but I'll buy you a beer or two one evening if I'm not working.

Also, have a link to that knife with the purple leash? I've been looking for one just like that and the donation sounds like a good reason for it to be that knife.

This is home for the weekend. It's not the mountains and I can hear cars on the highway but it's better than staying home all weekend. Girlfriend says I have to get a bigger tent before Arkansas though. Damn the luck! I hate having to buy more camping gear... Okay, that was a lie. Maybe I can convince her to sleep in a hammock by then and can cut down on the amount f gear I have to take.

I agree. A quick close weekend trip is much better than being in work like my dumb ass is right now.

Funny - bad fire-pit design is widespread. I think I should start a company and make god ones then sell them to the states at a nice profit. I can't stand those stupid grill pits like that because they stop you from having a large fire. The sides of that should have an opening at the top so you can flip the grill back out of the way. The rear could stay just like it is. All the ones near me are like that and more than half of them are bent from large fires or people putting fire on top of the grill. I keep forgetting to bring my battery operated sawzall and to cut them so we can flip it back.

Epic failure at the above.... first things first - crock pots don't boil water which isn't a big deal because I wanted a crock pot anyway so I could start cooking "single/lazy" type meals.

The tent is also a epic failure - you get what you pay for. Seams were ripping on the first use and it's a total POS. Thing smells like it was made then given a bath in burnt gear oil.

Crock pots are awesome for making stew and chili.

Sucks about the tent.. but yeah, you get what you pay for.

I'm just imagining an old Indian teepee style sauna and you sitting in it smoking peyote and talking to your spirit animal. lol

Honestly I think thats the easiest way to go....well less the whole tripping ballz part.

Trailer is on order.. minus rims and tires. I am having my neighbor check on the best price he can get a set from Discount tires for me (he works there after school). Now how long I wait for this thing is any ones guess.

They offer the same hub pattern as our trucks? I always thought that was a cool idea.
